As a Sales Manager, you are pivotal to the growth of the Toast brand in your district. You will report into a Regional Vice President and will hire, build, and coach a team of Territory Account Executives who are in the field every day transforming the way restaurants operate. You’ll work closely with your sales team to understand restaurants’ unique needs and develop customized solutions that help their businesses thrive. This is a field-based opportunity with local travel.
You must live local to Seattle, WA or be willing to relocate. Responsibilities
Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team Coach your team on conducting discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting tailored solutions for prospective customers Enable and empower your team through walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and local business partnerships to exceed quotas Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to meet sales expectations in delivery Utilize Salesforce and other technology to drive productivity, report on deal pipelines, and analyze conversion rates Accountable for new business growth across your district Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing roles 3+ years of leadership experience Proven success in sales Ability to inspire and motivate others Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, flexible, and able to perform under pressure Preferred Skills
Experience building customer-facing, quota-achieving sales teams Experience in a tech environment Experience in high-growth, fast-paced settings Track record of creating a high-performing culture Rewards & Benefits

Toast Benefits . The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range is $181,000—$290,000 USD, including base salary, commissions, benefits, and equity (if eligible). The starting salary depends on skills, experience, and location. Our Culture & Inclusion
