Responsibilities:
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Lead follow up Real estate sales Database campaigns Lead generation Close buyer sales Set appointments Sales talk mastery Qualifications:
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Has superb interpersonal and communication skills 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Real estate license required Good communication Sales experience Compensation:
$140,000 at plan commissions
