Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Open houses Hunt for buyer leads Follow the team plan Set buyer appointments Lead follow-up Execute consultations BRE signed Close sales CRM and database mastery Qualifications:

An established track record of successful real estate sales Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A real estate license is required Sales experience Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation:
