Investment Client Service Associate

Ensuring accurate data and documentation by regularly monitoring and updating the firm database and applications Working with operations and custodians to ensure accurate requests processing Completing new account subscription agreements, contracts, and other documentation Overseeing accounting closings and openings Handling deposits, withdrawals, gifting, and other security and cash movements Providing advisors with client accounts and regular client service support Qualifications
5+ years financial services experience Strong attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Employment Details
Salary: $90k + bonus Employment Type: Direct Hire Notes
