Payroll, Senior Manager
will be responsible for overseeing all payroll functions for 3,000 multi-state employees. Responsibilities
Ensuring all payroll processing and garnishments are in compliance with regulations Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll, tax, and benefit plans issues Maintaining internal control system in compliance with SOX Training, mentoring, and managing staff Maximizing payroll processes and procedures effectiveness in coordination with other internal departments Posting and reconciling general ledger payroll accounts Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in payroll administration, with 2+ years in a supervisory role Excellent analytical skills Excellent organizational skills Microsoft Suite and payroll systems proficiency Salary: To $180k + bonus Employment Type: direct hire Salary and benefits will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
