This role is based in the USA (Remote, Central Region) and is part of Kinaxis’s North American growth, focusing on driving new business and revenue in the North America Central region. Location: USA Remote (Central Region). About the Team: Kinaxis has a well-established Sales and Professional Services presence in the US, with a new office in Irving, Texas, serving as a centralized hub for employees and customers across the US. What you will do
Lead efforts for identifying opportunities and growing revenue and new name accounts in North America. Collaborate with Kinaxis senior management to develop account strategies and engagements to drive pipeline growth and close deals within agreed timelines. Demonstrate credibility by understanding client operations and strategies and linking them to Kinaxis solutions and high-value propositions beyond technology. Act as a team player to help ensure delivery of client sales propositions. Establish and maintain high-level executive relationships with New Name Accounts, focusing on strategic relationships (direct and reseller). Qualify prospects according to Kinaxis capabilities and applicability. Provide accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting based on realistic close timelines. Communicate product improvements and field-originated recommendations. What we are looking for
8+ years’ experience selling strategic, enterprise-level solutions (SCM, ERP, BI). Sales experience in Automotive, High Tech Electronics, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and similar manufacturing-oriented industries with the ability to lead a sales process for a specific industry vertical. Degree qualified; industry and SCM experience preferred. Motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in new or emerging markets with leading technologies. Proven ability to close New Name Accounts. Experience working in different North American markets on complex deals. Ability to engage executive-level decision makers and sell to multiple constituencies within an organization (Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT). Consultative, value-proposition and business case-driven sales methodology experience. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and be proactive.
