We’re hiring our

GTM & Sales Lead , the first person to own and build our go-to-market motion. You’ll bridge product and market—identifying the right customers, running outbound campaigns, taking sales calls, closing early deals, and shaping the playbook for scalable growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help write the script for how VerifyYou reaches customers, generates revenue, and scales. You’ll work directly with the CEO and product team to build the foundation of our commercial strategy. What You’ll Do

Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing B2B customers Develop, test, and refine our go-to-market playbook for outreach, demos, and follow-ups Build and manage an early pipeline of leads and opportunities using HubSpot or similar Experiment with growth channels such as cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships Collaborate closely with the founders to refine positioning, ICPs, and messaging Provide feedback to product and engineering on customer insights and feature requests Define early sales ops processes, metrics, and reporting As we scale, help hire and lead the next generation of GTM and sales teammates Who You Are

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from zero to one Skilled at prospecting, pitching, and closing, with curiosity for GTM experimentation Entrepreneurial and driven by ownership and impact Excellent communicator with a bias for action Bonus: experience selling to operations, compliance, or trust/safety teams Why Join VerifyYou
