Founding Account Executive (B2B SaaS) Location:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 3+ days in-office) Compensation:

Founding Account Executive
to help shape sales strategy, build repeatable processes, and lay the foundation for a world-class sales organization. The Opportunity This is a unique chance to step into a founding sales role at an early-stage startup. As the first AE, you will: Own the
entire sales cycle , from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to closing. Build on founder-led wins to create a
repeatable and scalable GTM motion . Sell into go-to-market and sales engineering teams at mid-market B2B SaaS companies. Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to influence
sales strategy and future org design . Help shape both the
revenue engine and company culture
as a critical early hire. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of AE experience
closing mid-market B2B SaaS deals. Prior SDR/BDR experience with proven ability to
self-generate pipeline . Track record of consistent
quota attainment
and strong sales performance. Experience selling deal sizes in the
$20K–$40K ACV range . History of
new logo acquisition
and thriving in low-support, early-stage environments. Low ego, high coachability, and strong intellectual curiosity. San Francisco Bay Area-based , willing to work in-office 3+ days per week. Why Join? Ownership & Impact:
