Job Title: Engagement Manager Location: Bentonville, AR Type of hire: Fulltime Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering and nurturing relationships within the client's CIO/DT organization, in collaboration with Genpact Sales and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Governance and Engagement Management: Establish and drive the engagement and program governance processes to ensure the realization of client value propositions, while identifying early warning indicators of potential issues or risks. Brand Advocacy: Promote and enhance the Genpact brand across the customer organization, ensuring clear and transparent communication to strengthen partnerships. Value Proposition Development: Leverage your understanding of client business and digital transformation goals to shape and communicate compelling Genpact value propositions effectively. Engagement Growth: Forecast and facilitate extensions, change orders, and purchase orders to ensure continuity and growth in existing engagements. Profitability Management: Proactively drive engagement profitability in collaboration with Global Program Management and Service Lines. Business Development: Identify and secure new growth opportunities within the client account, aiming to exceed operating plan targets. Market Intelligence: Analyze the competitive landscape to inform the development of highly competitive proposals in terms of solutions and pricing. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency within the team, focusing on employee retention, deal setup, client invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition. Proposal Management: Oversee the end-to-end RFP/Proposal cycle, including governance and timely submission of proposals and statements of work. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals, deliverables, and timelines. Qualifications we seek in you!
