We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated staff physicist or Chief Medical Physicist to join our growing team. This full-time leadership role will oversee all aspects of medical physics services, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient radiation therapy treatments. The position is hybrid, with flexibility for remote work while requiring on-site presence for clinical operations, and direct team collaboration. Responsibilities

Lead and manage all physics and dosimetry functions within the radiation oncology department. Oversee treatment planning, QA programs, machine calibrations, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Provide clinical support for advanced technologies including Varian TrueBeam, Novalis, CT Simulation, RayStation, and MIM. Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, therapists, and nurses to ensure safe and effective patient treatments. Implement new technologies, protocols, and treatment techniques. Train, mentor, and support dosimetry and radiation therapy staff. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols. Participate in clinical research, special projects, and program development. Serve as the radiation safety officer. Qualifications

M.S. in Medical Physics. ABR board certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics. Expertise in external beam radiation therapy, SBRT, SRS, and Elekta HDR brachytherapy desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Compensation & Benefits
