DRAM Memory Design Engineer, Principal | MST | SMTS — Micron Technology. Principal Design Engineer, DRAM, responsible for circuit design for advanced DRAM products and driving innovation and technical excellence. Responsibilities

Design faultless CMOS-driven digital and analog circuits, memory core configurations, and floorplans tailored for top-notch performance, power conservation, and spatial efficiency. Simulate and analyze circuits using FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG; validate builds against silicon performance and reliability metrics. Prioritize resources, track progress, lead design reviews, and report status to leadership. Maintain expertise through cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and training; contribute to future memory architecture innovation. Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency in CMOS Circuit Building, VLSI, and Analog Construction Practical exposure to Cadence Virtuoso, FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG Strong understanding of physical layout, floor planning, and device reliability Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects Proven record of innovation and technical contributions in DRAM architecture or development Preferred Qualifications

Dedicated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communicator with cross-team collaboration experience Profound understanding of industry trends and new technologies BS or MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field 10+ years in DRAM development, product building, or system architecture Benefits
