SEnergy is seeking a proactive, assertive, and analytical Power Distribution Manager who is a technical expert, loves building processes, and is passionate about developing the next generation of engineers. The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in Distribution Engineering within the power industry. The position is located in our Houston office and may require some overnight travel to project sites. Job Responsibilities:

Coach, train, and develop the team, including conflict resolution, to meet client outcomes. Represent SEnergy and the client in meetings with stakeholders such as property owners, other engineering firms, or construction services. Prepare accurate proposals for clients, ensuring timely delivery, correct pricing, and maintained margins; review risks with the Division Manager; present proposals when required. Lead project deliverables from start to finish, including drawings, visual aids, staking sheets, line calculations, engineering studies, permit applications, material testing, CADD work, research, review, and editing specifications; assist in scheduling and budgeting. Review, approve, and seal documents; prepare project close-out documents. Interpret and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Ensure quality control of all project documents and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop project timelines, assign tasks, manage progress, and communicate delays to mitigate risks. Develop new techniques or improve existing processes, materials, or products. Review operational procedures for policy and performance compliance. Serve as a technical specialist on advanced concepts and methods. Stay informed on industry developments and propose changes for business continuity. Resolve technical conflicts within the team. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

PE Certification and 5+ years in Distribution Engineering. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Skills:

Effective written and verbal communication. Proficiency in project management, spreadsheets, and word processing. Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Physical Requirements:
