Responsibilities
Manage daily operations from pre-construction through final completion
Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and contracts
Coordinate site activity with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure outstanding quality, safety, and adherence to plans and codes
Conduct site walks, resolve issues, and maintain open communication with clients
Review invoices and documentation, approve changes, and manage selections
Foster a positive project experience for every client
Qualifications
5+ years’ residential project management experience; custom building/remodeling preferred
Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of trades, construction practices, codes, permitting, and local market
Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership skills
Client-focused communicator and solution-seeker
Proficiency with construction management platforms and software
OSHA certification or safety training is a plus
