Construction Engineering Project Manager

to join its Norwood, Massachusetts office. The Firm: Well-Established firm with a national presence Opportunities to work on a wide range of projects Prioritize career growth and development at all levels Flexible Schedules Project Ownership Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, analysis, and execution of construction engineering projects including:

Temporary work trestles Erection and demolition plans Shoring, cribbing, and support of excavation Control of water and structural repairs

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and team coordination. Serve as the primary contact for contractors, transportation agencies, municipalities, and other stakeholders. Prepare complete engineering plans, reports, and documentation using design software. Oversee engineering computations and ensure compliance with conventional practices. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. Participate in proposal development, client interviews, and fee estimation. Monitor project budgets, billing accuracy, and accounts receivable. Ensure safety protocols are followed and staff receive appropriate training. Attend meetings and events outside of standard working hours as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering 10+ years of experience in construction engineering or management. Desire to grow in project management and client-facing responsibilities. Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required. Proficiency in STAAD, RISA 3D, Shoring Suite, LPile and other structural analysis software. Skilled in CAD tools such as Autodesk, Civil 3D, and MicroStation. Familiarity with MassDOT Bridge Manual, AASHTO LRFD, and permitting standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills. Active involvement in professional societies such as ASCE, AISC, CMAA, WTS, or AREMA is a plus. Seniority level:
