Overview
Job Title: Restoration Production Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Production Manager to lead a team and manage restoration projects from start to finish. This role oversees field operations, ensures quality control, coordinates crews and subcontractors, and delivers exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in the restoration or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of restoration projects (water, fire, mold, storm, and other damage).
Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and equipment for job sites.
Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to industry and company standards.
Perform job site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
Assist with scoping jobs and preparing estimates when necessary.
Track project documentation, including job costing, work authorizations, change orders, and job notes.
Provide leadership and support to technicians and field staff, including training and performance management.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment related to restoration work.
Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and other regulatory requirements.
Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of restoration processes, including water mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup, and reconstruction.
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain.
Experience in Xactimate
High school diploma/GED
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters.
Proficiency with restoration software (e.g., WorkCenter 2.0, Job-Dox, Encircle, DASH) is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications.
Physical and Work Environment
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Exposure to chemicals
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
