Janus International . This role involves designing circuits and cables for new products, supporting existing Nokē Smart Entry products, and participating in all development stages, including design, prototyping, testing, documentation, and supplier communication. Responsibilities
Investigate new components and technologies for upcoming product designs. Evaluate the technical feasibility of new feature requests. Select components to meet functional, environmental, and supply chain requirements. Design analog and digital circuits. Create schematics and PCB layouts. Inspect manufactured PCBs, cables, antennas, and other components; provide feedback to suppliers. Bench test first article samples, revisions, and second-source components; exercise microcontrollers. Assist Q/A team in designing test fixtures and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with enthusiasm. Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic entry, PCB layout, and library management. Experience designing circuits with microprocessors and some embedded programming (C, C++). Experience with analog circuit design for sensors and peripherals. Experience with digital circuit design, including high-speed communication buses. Knowledge of wireless systems and RF impedance matching. Experience managing full product lifecycle from concept to high-volume manufacturing. Understanding of regulatory compliance and certification processes. Physical Demands
