Support production teams to achieve business KPI targets. Manage and deliver projects effectively. Raise and process purchase orders. Manage spares in relevant areas. Oversee capital approvals and ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives. Who You Are
Minimum 3 years of proven technical/engineering experience. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and control over change initiatives. Data-driven decision-making capabilities and experience in sustaining improvements. Ability to prioritize based on data to maximize business benefits. Preferred: Degree in engineering or related field; not essential. Additional Qualifications (a plus)
Electrical qualifications supporting manufacturing equipment maintenance. Experience with PLC/HMI software support and improvements. Six Sigma Green Belt or higher qualification. Additional Information
