This role focuses on creating high-impact materials that support enterprise sales and customer success initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Create technically accurate content, including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, and product documentation Develop executive-ready presentations and documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy Translate complex technical concepts into persuasive language for diverse audiences Build relationships with C-level executives to gather critical product insights Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all materials Support implementation guides and onboarding documentation Required Qualifications: 5-7+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS Proven ability to create content for cybersecurity or high-complexity B2B technology sectors Strong portfolio including solution briefs, white papers, and technical blog content Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations Experience working with minimal oversight in fast-paced environments Exceptional writing, editing, and content structuring skills Ability to interview subject matter experts and work cross-functionally Seniority level
