A&P Mechanic
to join on a part-time basis, performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership position and help build the maintenance department over time.
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft.
Work with Embraer Praetor 500s or similar light/midsize jets.
Collaborate with the team to help build and lead the maintenance department over time (growth into leadership).
Qualifications
Hold a valid FAA A&P License; Inspection Authorization (I/A) is a plus.
Hands-on experience maintaining business jets, ideally Embraer Praetor, Legacy, or similar light/midsize jets.
Willingness to grow into a leadership role over time.
Availability for part-time hours, with flexibility to increase hours as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Flight Crew International provided pay range; actual pay based on skills and experience
