The Product Engineer provides technical support to manufacturing, support departments, and outside customers on fastener design. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review customer drawings and specifications; analyze requirements; design or modify products for new applications. Prepare and maintain drawings, tooling designs, and process documentation. Interface with customers on technical issues. Support on fastener products; develop test plans; conduct qualification testing; produce reports. Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to meet engineering requirements. Update sales publications and ERP records. Investigate manufacturing problems and perform root cause analysis. Review emerging technologies related to product development and manufacturing. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations. Participate in safety culture initiatives and continuous improvement. Required Competencies

Analytical skills to understand complex technical information. Technical knowledge of aerospace standards, materials, and manufacturing processes. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Teamwork, business acumen, cost consciousness, adaptability, planning, and professionalism. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. At least two years of engineering experience. Knowledge of manufacturing procedures, machine tools, and aerospace standards. Additional Skills

Proficiency in CAD software, testing software, database, and MS Office. Ability to interpret technical documents and perform basic mathematical calculations. Certifications

Evidence of “US person” status required under ITAR. Physical and Work Environment

Requires sitting, speaking, manual dexterity, occasional standing, bending, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Moderate noise environment. Compliance with safety and environmental regulations is mandatory. Benefits
