Interact with key vendors to support the Company’s strategic goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare contracts for High-Voltage capital equipment (e.g., GSUs, circuit breakers) and related items. Perform vendor onboarding (including NDA and pre-qualification) and issue RFx documents (RFIs/RFPs) to qualified vendors. Maintain bid schedules, coordinate responses to bidder questions, and evaluate proposals for cost competitiveness and potential savings. Coordinate with the High-Voltage procurement team to align with portfolio strategy. Support commercial negotiations for Master Services Agreements and project-specific agreements in accordance with company policies. Incorporate Utility Scale Renewable complexities into RFP/contracting strategies (e.g., safe-harbor needs, domestic content requirements, IRA timing) in collaboration with management and directors. Assist with change order processes and contract management activities; hand over contracts to Project Teams with key terms and timelines. Support Project Management with contract information to resolve vendor disputes or scope gaps. Coordinate with logistics providers to move assets between projects/warehouses. Monitor vendor performance and contribute to improvement processes; maintain contracting records per retention procedures. Track market data and provide updates to leadership; identify, qualify, and onboard new vendors. Maintain regular attendance as required by policy. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Contract Management and/or Procurement Experience in utility-scale solar/renewable energy and/or large project procurement (> $30M) Experience in capital equipment purchasing, contract management, and change order management Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills Experience with supplier reviews, negotiations, and vendor relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore and SAP or ability to learn quickly Able to identify and resolve problems promptly Physical Demands

Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds Frequent computer use and reading of documents Hearing and speaking clearly for regular communication Work Environment
