Senior Electrical Engineer

Mentor junior engineers, contribute to a culture of learning and accountability, and expand your expertise in high-reliability and fault-tolerant systems. Key Responsibilities: Drive the full lifecycle of electrical design, from concept and schematic capture to PCB layout and manufacturing support. Develop robust analog and digital circuit architectures for high-reliability embedded applications. Lead component selection and optimization for microcontrollers and battery/charger management devices. Conduct worst-case circuit analysis, simulations, and de-rating/power stack-up analyses. Ensure designs meet stringent EMI/EMC, DFM, and customer requirements. Perform Electrical DFMEAs and provide sustaining support for existing products. Foster teamwork, openness, and technical excellence within the engineering group. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years in new product development and electronics manufacturing (consumer, telecom, automotive, medical, or military sectors). Strong circuit analysis and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Altium (preferred) or OrCAD/Cadence for schematic capture and PCB layout. Deep understanding of analog/digital circuitry and DC power electronics. Familiarity with I2C, SPI, RS-232, USB, and Ethernet protocols is highly desirable. Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and protection circuit design is a plus. Exposure to fault-tolerant, redundant, and high-reliability systems is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation Range:
$115,000 - $135,000 Benefits Offered:
