Governance: Deploys and ensures the application of Installation, Testing and Commissioning processes by the Field team within the project. Quality: Ensures the field activities are carried out correctly and on time, according to the plan, Alstom standards and documentation are fully followed. Execute Field Modification Instructions (FMI) on-site per Engineering instructions. Ensures Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance (Zero deviation), reports, and anticipates issues. Technical Scope: Prepare and execute tests, log analysis, and test reports. Check compliance of Signaling systems in relation to system specification documents and contractual requirements. Commitment to the Project main milestones as discussed during the toolbox. Manages tools and ensures accurate calibration. Communication: Provide daily reports, through periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Record Non-conformity reports (NCR), documenting results on test sheets and reporting to system validation and the punch list. Ensure all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including defect description and associated test context. Issue Returns on Experience (REX) on ITC activities and propose updates/improvements to Installation, Test and Commissioning methods, processes, tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance. Performance Measurement: Measure efficiency and proactivity during T&C tests and ensure compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and regulatory standards; maintain quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. May have equivalent education or experiences. Valid Driver's license. Job Details
