Creating a fresh solution to bath remodeling, Sales Representative
A full-time outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. About Renken Remodeling:
We offer stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements, including solutions for accessibility needs. Our products are backed by a reputation for quality and workmanship in acrylic bath and shower solutions. Role Details:
You are not responsible for generating your own leads. We handle the pre-qualification process to ensure your success. Your focus will be on selling, learning our products and training within the first 90 days, and delivering effective sales presentations to consumers. Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad Participate in weekly sales training sessions Design new baths using our proprietary iPad software Present pricing and close sales daily Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Confidence in public speaking Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined Ability to work independently Outgoing and articulate in social settings Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Salary and Benefits:
Annual compensation ranges from $50k to $125k, based on performance, with uncapped earning potential Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Vacation and Sick Time Professional Development and Industry-Leading Training
