In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

offers stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements to homeowners, including those with accessibility needs. We are committed to quality and workmanship, specializing in acrylic bath and shower solutions.
Position Overview:
A full-time outside sales role focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads, as we handle pre-qualification to ensure your success. Your main focus is on selling, with all other processes managed by our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad.
Participate in weekly sales training sessions.
Design new baths using our proprietary iPad software.
Present pricing and close sales daily.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Confidence in public speaking.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Ability to work independently.
Outgoing, articulate, and social.
3-5 years of sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Salary & Benefits:
First-year compensation typically $100,000 with full commitment.
