We seek a skilled Psychiatric PA/NP to join a collaborative, patient-focused team. Job Overview
You will conduct evaluations, prescribe treatments, and provide holistic, compassionate care alongside Dr. Schulte and a supportive team. Work with diverse psychiatric cases to help improve patient lives. Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Develop personalized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed. Provide follow-up care and collaborate with other healthcare providers. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records. PA Qualifications
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Current Arizona Physician Assistant license. NCCPA Certification. Active DEA Registration. Experience in psychiatric care preferred. NP Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) with a focus in Psychiatry/Mental Health. Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner (NP) license. Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC. Active DEA Registration. Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
