Monday- Friday (0800-1630) with some holidays and weekends
Location:
will cover territories in Clark County Washington and East Portland Metro area
Job Description Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.

Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered nursing care in home health settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Participate in governance to contribute to practice standards and expectations.
Support patients in managing health conditions and achieving outcomes in their home environments.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote understanding of care plans.

Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state
1 year of Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or 1 year experience in either an acute care setting or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment

Recent Home Health experience
Community mental health experience, geriatric experience, and ANCC Psychiatric–Mental Health RN work assignment
