The Opportunity Animal Emergency Clinic (AEC) is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Emergency Veterinarian to join our expanding team. Our hospital is friendly, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality emergency care with compassion and respect—for our patients, their families, and each other.
We currently operate overnight on weekdays (6pm–8am) and 24 hours on weekends, with a goal of becoming a 24/7 emergency hospital. We’re hiring for shifts across all 7 days, with a flexible schedule tailored to your lifestyle.
Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive ProSal compensation model:
Base salary:
$220,000-$250,000 annually depending on experience
Production:
24% of earnings
Signing bonus:
tailored packages available
Relocation reimbursement:
available
Continuing Education:
$3,000 annually

What We’re Looking For
Emergency Veterinarians with a strong interest and training in surgery
Confident and capable of performing emergency surgical procedures (e.g., GDVs, hemoabdomens, foreign bodies)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Open to working a variety of shifts as we expand to 24/7 coverage
About the Hospital AEC is an AAHA-accredited emergency hospital that’s been serving the community since 1974. In 2017, we opened a modern, 10,000 sq. ft. facility built specifically for emergency care.

Full in-house diagnostic laboratory
Anesthesiology and monitoring equipment
Radiography, ultrasound suite, and therapeutic laser
