Nuvia Dental Implant Center is looking for a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our
St. Louis, MO

$500,000 - $1,000,000+ Per Year
Responsibilities
Perform dental implant surgery including extractions and alveolectomy as necessary.
Work in close collaboration with the restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning for optimal outcomes.
Examine, diagnose and provide comprehensive treatment plans to patients.
Adhere to Center policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
Urgent and routine cases managed as part of a streamlined AOX-focused workflow.
Participate in a team setting with on-site Restorative Docs delivering permanent prostheses in 24 hours.
Deliver hands-on, complex case training and participate in peer collaboration and mentorship.
Bring efficient time management and strong communication as a team player.
Qualifications
Graduation from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
Post-graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery.
Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri.
DEA registration.
Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
Experience with All-on-X procedures.
Employment Type & Schedule
1099 contractor position.
Part-time or full-time on contract; no non-compete or restrictive covenants.
Typical surgical hours: Monday-Thursday starting at 7am; open to 1-4 days a week depending on need.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation information indicates $500,000 - $1,000,000+ annually, with per-arch rate and bonus structure based on volume.
CRNA, Sedation and Secure Airway provided for every case.
All fixed AOX cases; no singles or multiples; streamlined surgical experience.
Permanent next-day restoration with prostheses delivered in 24 hours by on-site Restorative Docs.
Titanium bar cross stabilization and digital workflow to improve prosthetic passivity and implant success.
Hands-on complex case training and access to experienced mentors within a collaborative network.
