The Medical ICU at The Johns Hopkins Hospital is a 24-bed Intensive Care Unit specializing in the care of a high acuity patient population with complex medical diagnoses. Diagnoses include, but are not limited to: end stage renal and hepatic disease, multisystem organ failure, autoimmune and pulmonary disorders, the critically ill antepartum/postpartum patient, and the critically ill oncology patient. Only ICU RNs with at least one year of recent ICU or high-acuity stepdown experience should apply. 12-hour Rotating Day/Nights – 36-hours/week with self scheduling and every 3rd weekend Top Reasons to Choose this Unit

At least one year of recent ICU or high-acuity stepdown RN experience Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing; applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered (per nursing guidelines, must matriculate to Bachelors of Nursing program) Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network at time of hire Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire Important Notices

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
