Overview
The MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing MRI equipment and considering each patient’s special or age-related needs. Applies knowledge and judgment regarding imaging factors, technique, and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images. This is a Full-Time, Day Shift position at Providence Newberg Medical Center, Newberg, OR.

Shifts: Full-Time / Day Shift
Compensation note: $6,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all payment conditions (in addition to standard benefits/compensation)
Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire, or Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire, or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
