MRI Technologist – Providence St. Vincent Medical Center
Full‑time, day and night shifts available. Sign‑on bonus for eligible external candidates. Base pay range $44.67–$69.35 per hour. Location: 9205 SW Barnes Rd, Portland, OR.
Responsibilities The MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment and taking into account individual patient special or age‑related needs. The Tech applies knowledge and judgment regarding imaging factors, technique and patient care to produce optimal images.
Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire or Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 180 days of hire, or National Certified MRI Technologist – American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 180 days of hire.
New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
