Exciting Locum Tenens Opportunity for a Pediatric CVT APP in Florida!
Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a rewarding Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery assignment at a renowned Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL.
This is a chance to work with a world-class pediatric team in a dynamic setting. The role is primarily focused on OR first assisting, combined with rounding with the surgical team on inpatients in the CVICU and on the surgical floor.

Dates:
6 month assignment
Schedule:
Great work-life balance with four 10-hour day shifts per week (7a-5p), with a 40-hour guarantee.
Experience:
3+ years of pediatric experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong ICU and CVT OR skills. Must be comfortable with newborns.
Licensing:
The client is willing to wait for a Florida license for the right candidate!
Responsibilities The role is primarily focused on OR first assisting, and rounding with the surgical team on inpatients in the CVICU and on the surgical floor.
Qualifications
Certified PA or NP with pediatric cardiac care interest/experience
3+ years of pediatric experience preferred; strong ICU and CVT OR skills acceptable
Comfortable with newborns
Eligible for Florida licensing; client willing to wait for license for the right candidate
