We are seeking a

Senior Associate

to support the

acquisitions, asset management, and fund administration

functions. This role involves working closely with the firm's principals and the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. The successful candidate will assist with the underwriting, evaluation, due diligence, and closing of potential investments. Additionally, the role includes aiding in the asset management of the existing portfolio and fund vehicle to enhance overall financial performance and reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop broad real estate expertise and grow with the company. Responsibilities

Assist in underwriting new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, investment analysis, and preparing investment memorandums. Conduct market research, risk/strength assessment, and property valuation analysis for potential deals. Support all aspects of the due diligence, closing, and asset takeover process. Aid in the asset management of the company’s properties, including performance monitoring, cash management, and reporting. Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for loan reporting and investor updates. Incorporate AI tools and methodologies to enhance underwriting and asset management processes. Assist with fund administration tasks, including performance tracking, modeling, reporting, and marketing. Qualifications

A minimum of

3 years of experience

as an analyst or associate in acquisitions and/or asset management within the commercial real estate sector is required. Proficiency in

Excel, ARGUS, PowerPoint, and Word

is necessary. Experience with AI applications in real estate is highly valued. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management. High level of self-motivation and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or enhanced work experience is preferred). Position details
