Photographer/Videographer & Social Media Content Creator Location:

Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York (Must be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week, but the right candidate will want to spend more) Reports to:

We’re seeking a creative and energetic Photographer/Videographer and Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role that requires a prolific visual storyteller. The role demands a candidate who can proactively generate shoot concepts and collaborate effectively with the internal team. The ideal candidate has deep experience in all aspects of photography and videography and they possess a keen eye for current social media trends and algorithms. This position is essential for enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target audience through compelling digital content and memorable experiences as you will ultimately own most of the content production process. Responsibilities

End-to-End Visual Production (Approx. 50% of time)

Shoot & Capture:

Plan, prepare, and execute all photoshoots and video shoots (on-site and in-studio). Post-Production:

Own the full editing workflow, including video editing, color correction, sound mixing, graphic overlays, and photo retouching. Deliverables:

Produce a high volume of engaging, on-trend short-form video and static photography for all social platforms and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials. Software Proficiency:

Requires expert-level skill in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop. Social Media & Content Management (Approx. 30% of time)

Trend Leader:

Identify and implement new social media trends, features, and best practices to maximize reach. Community Management:

Monitor channels daily, engage followers, and foster an active online community. Influencer Relations:

Develop, implement, and manage our influencer program to coordinate collaborations and User-Generated Content. Marketing Support:

Ensure all content supports product launches and promotions, collaborating closely with Sales and Operations. Paid Media:

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget and performance optimization. Event Coordination & Execution (Approx. 20% of time)

Logistics:

Assist in the planning and coordination of brand events (tastings, product launches, festivals). Event Management:

Coordinate logistics for events, including vendor management, equipment rental, and staffing. Brand Representation:

Professionally represent the brand at events and cultivate influencer/press relationships. Compliance:

Ensure all activities and content adhere to local alcohol regulations and responsible drinking guidelines. Qualifications (Must Have)

1-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on social media management and event coordination, ideally within the alcohol, beverage, or CPG industry. Proven track record of creating engaging social media content and growing online communities. Demonstrated videography and photography skills (preference given to those with a link to their portfolio on linkedin) Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager,). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for events. Must be 21 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)

Valid driver's license Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful events. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). What We Offer
