Director, Audits and Customer Outreach
at Empower Pharmacy The Director of Audits and Customer Outreach safeguards Empower’s license to operate, strengthens regulatory resilience, and embeds customer trust into the core of the business model. This role designs and scales enterprise-level systems that transform audits into growth enablers, elevate customer outreach into a competitive differentiator, and use artificial intelligence to hardwire foresight across operations. Responsible for eliminating existential risk and accelerating hyper-growth, the Director will architect compliance frameworks, predictive monitoring, and AI-powered engagement strategies that position Empower as the benchmark for regulatory excellence and customer trust. This leader will also build and develop a high-performing team from the ground up, embedding accountability, urgency, and innovation into its DNA. Success means Empower is never unprepared, regulators walk away with confidence, and customers experience proactive trust-building at scale—all enabling bold expansion with full assurance. Duties and Responsibilities
Regulatory and Audit Excellence
Build audit frameworks anticipating FDA, DEA, and payer scrutiny to ensure zero gaps. Institutionalize compliance playbooks lived daily, not only during inspections. Deploy AI-driven dashboards for real-time detection of vulnerabilities. Customer Trust and Outreach
Design scalable trust systems ensuring reliability and accountability across all channels. Leverage predictive analytics to anticipate customer concerns before escalation. Convert customer feedback into systemic improvements that drive retention and loyalty. AI Integration and Foresight
Implement AI to automate regulatory monitoring and risk detection. Develop AI simulations to stress-test scalability and operational readiness. Personalize large-scale outreach with AI-driven communication tools. Team Building and Leadership
Architect a high-performing team optimized for speed and accountability. Recruit top-tier operators with proven success in high-stakes environments. Embed a culture of urgency, performance, and mission intensity. Strategic Execution and Growth
Define departmental priorities, metrics, and execution roadmaps from day one. Install systems and processes that hardwire resilience and scalability. Deliver compliance intelligence that enables bold board-level growth decisions. Knowledge and Skills
Proven expertise in regulatory audits, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional execution in high-growth, complex environments. Strong command of AI-driven tools for compliance monitoring, predictive analytics, and customer engagement at scale. Ability to design and implement enterprise-wide systems that balance rigor, efficiency, and adaptability under regulatory pressure. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in compliance, audits, or customer trust functions. Knowledge of 503A compounding pharmacy operations, including USP compliance. Experience engaging with FDA and State Boards of Pharmacy. Strong understanding of quality systems and document control. Demonstrated success scaling enterprise-level operations in high-growth settings. Direct experience in regulatory engagement, audit resilience, and systems design. Strong track record of leveraging AI and data analytics for compliance and customer trust. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, law, or related field preferred. Benefits
