Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic
Area Vice President of Sales
to drive our expansion across key markets in
the Northeast Region of the USA . This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you'll be a vital link between our innovative products and the nation's top hospitals, particularly Level I and II trauma centers.
What You’ll Do
Lead with Strategy: Define and execute a regional sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You won't just follow a path; you'll pave it. Build a Winning Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a small but powerful team of Account Managers, empowering them to meet and exceed their targets. Forge Key Relationships: Act as the primary liaison with executive leaders, clinical directors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) at our most important hospital accounts. Drive New Business: Use your hunter mindset to identify and secure new business, focusing on converting high-priority and competitive accounts. Collaborate for Clinical Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with our Clinical team to ensure our sales strategies are aligned with patient care protocols and provide genuine value to hospitals. Negotiate & Close: Lead the contracting process for new rental agreements, securing favorable terms that fuel our growth.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 5-10 years of hospital-based sales experience, with a focus on differentiated clinical products, preferably in ICU or trauma care settings. Leadership: At least 3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of guiding teams to success. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trauma care, and a solid understanding of both rental and capital sales. Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders from clinicians to executives. Mobility: The ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
