FMTC Safety Group is hiring a Sales Executive for the Houston, TX area. FMTC Safety is a full-service safety training company offering high quality training for Offshore (OPITO), Maritime (STCW), Wind (GWO), and Industry sectors. FMTC Safety USA / M&A Safety Services, LLC seeks a Sales Executive to join our team of sales professionals to support business growth in the US training market. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts and new business prospects in and around Houston, engaging clients through outbound contact, meetings, and outreach campaigns to maintain and grow training facility revenues, and identifying lead generation opportunities for the group’s business development division. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Account management of key customer accounts within the Houston area. Upsell opportunities across the training course portfolio, both existing and new products. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products/services. Qualifications
Experience in a sales role, ideally in the Oil & Gas or Renewables Energy Sector. Experience in training, competence, or health and safety-related disciplines is advantageous. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Strong communication skills. Account/customer relationship management experience. Willingness to learn company service lines and business practices. Ability to work independently and take responsibility, while also functioning as part of a team. Job Details
