FMTC Safety is a full-service safety training company. We offer high quality safety training for Offshore (OPITO), Maritime (STCW), Wind (GWO), and Industry.
FMTC Safety USA / M&A Safety Services, LLC is looking to hire a Sales Executive to join our team of sales professionals to work collaboratively to support business growth in the US training market. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts and new business prospects with a locality in and around the Houston area. You will be required to proactively engage and build relationships with these clients through outbound contact, meetings and outreach campaigns to maintain and grow training facility revenues, as well as identifying lead generation opportunities for the group business development division.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Account Management of the key customer accounts within the Houston area
Upsell opportunities across training course portfolio, both existing and new products
Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services
Qualifications
Working in, or have experience in a sales role, ideally in the Oil and Gas or Renewables Energy Sector
Experience in training, competence or health and safety related disciplines advantageous
Strong customer relationship management abilities
Strong communication skills
Account / customer relationship management experience
Willingness to learn company service lines and business practices
Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual, as well as being able to integrate and operate as part of a team
