Salary up to $125,000 Base salary plus commission structure for additional earning potential Company car provided for travel Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with a 10% company match Extra paid week off between Christmas and New Year Responsibilities
Execute approved sales programs to achieve or exceed budget for GC products in assigned territory Develop and maintain relationships with current customers while acquiring new clients Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement in sales performance Assist dealer partners with advertising and merchandising programs to optimize product success Maintain and update customer-related databases and complete administrative reports in a timely manner Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required 1-3 years of sales experience Valid driver’s license required for travel within the territory Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients Excellent communication skills, particularly in persuasion and conveying product benefits Preferred Qualifications
