Beluga Vodka is the #4 Super-Premium Vodka globally and the fastest-growing vodka brand in the U.S., leading the luxury vodka segment. As we expand across the U.S. market, we are looking for a passionate, motivated On Premise Account Manager to help drive growth in the On-Premise channel—targeting premium accounts such as nightclubs, bars, restaurants, lounges, and luxury hotels.

Role Overview
As an On Premise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing our presence in high-profile on-premise accounts. This includes opening new accounts, managing client relationships, executing activations, and ensuring Beluga Vodka is prominently featured across your territory. The role demands a field-first approach, with 90% of time spent in-market, and strict adherence to performance KPIs—particularly around new listings and distribution gains. Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify, open, and develop high-potential on-premise accounts, including luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, lounges, and nightlife venues. Win new accounts and agree on premium brand placement in top hospitality locations. Territory Growth: Achieve commercial and financial goals through new listings, increased volume, visibility, and consumer pull-through. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers across independent, regional, and national accounts. KPI achievement: Achieving Sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually (sales, new listings, distribution). Track all activities and regularly submit reports in the company’s CRM system, including KPI progress, account visits, new listings, trainings, achievements, competitor activity, and special projects. Brand Visibility: Ensure aggressive menu placements, back bar visibility, shelf presence, and effective POS implementation. Maximize brand penetration in key on-premise accounts. Product Education: Train account staff on Beluga Vodka’s brand values, product details, and serving standards to ensure consistent execution and advocacy. Required Skills / Experience
3 years of experience in spirits/wine sales, in the On-Premise sector. Strong knowledge of high-end restaurants, hotels/resorts luxury hospitality environments and nightlife. Proven ability to open new accounts (incl placements) and grow territory sales. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable working independently, managing schedules, and traveling within the territory. Readiness for field work (80% of time) Managing and training people (20% of time) Experience with luxury or premium spirits brands is a strong plus. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for daily fieldwork. Seniority level
