Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites Independently start and manage projects Deliver against high standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction through team management Recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices Maintain a constant focus on safety and work with industry-leading equipment Demonstrate and embrace company values: PACT (People, Advance Process, Community, Trusting Relationships) Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years’ experience managing high-dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams 2-4+ years of prior supervisory experience Experience utilizing prefabrication Current Colorado State electrical journeyman license Willingness to travel to various job sites with incentives Ability to lead, develop, and recruit a team and produce high-quality electrical workmanship Motivation to continue professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications Equal Opportunity
