Report to the project or construction manager, organize, and manage electrical projects in the field, aiming to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Manage crews and electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man-hours or $10M - $25M. Supervise 4 or more supervisors, with responsibility for 50 to 70 employees across one or more sites. Lead both large construction and data center projects. Complete at least 2 projects from start-up to completion as a foreman, supervisor, or field superintendent. Ensure high standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction through team management. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices. Maintain a focus on safety and work with industry-leading equipment. Minimum 8 years of experience managing high-value projects and large commercial or industrial teams. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Motivated to pursue professional development, including LEED and NICET II certifications. Experience with prefabrication. Possession of a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license. Willingness to travel to various job sites with incentives. Enjoy leading, developing, recruiting teams, and producing high-quality electrical work. Benefits
