Overview Talent Acquisition Manager @ ClearPoint Health | Recruiting, Employee Training, Workforce Planning, and Talent Strategy

Company Overview:

ClearPoint Health believes health benefit solutions should be as unique as the businesses they serve. The thing employers have most in common is the problem they are trying to solve, yet that doesn’t mean it is the same solution for everyone. ClearPoint Health is a purpose-driven Alternative Funding Platform for small to mid-sized employers – harnessing the power of a community of businesses to generate market-leading discounts on medical stop-loss insurance, provider networks, cost containment solutions, and member navigation tools. We strive to enhance the quality of care and member experience while decreasing avoidable costs.

Position Overview:

As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in propelling ClearPoint Health's expansion efforts. This position puts you at the forefront of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing our market presence, driving revenue growth, and fostering lasting client relationships. Join us in this unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of insurance in a dynamic and innovative organization.

Be the primary point of accountability on deal execution, with the rest of the Sales, Commercial Operations, and Marketing business units playing a supporting role.

Collaborate seamlessly within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across all business units.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance positioning and brand awareness, bringing your ideas to light and working in tandem to convert them to sales.
