Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management systems Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities Experience in event management and personal selling Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Creative thinking and innovation in enhancing products and services Salary : Salary up to $54,000 per year. Opportunity to earn annual incentives through a Sales Compensation program with no maximum earnings cap. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match.
