ODonnell & Son Heating and Cooling Inc is seeking a skilled and versatile
Commercial HVAC Install Technician
to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you\'ll be responsible for installing a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, from high-end custom home projects to commercial rooftops and VRF systems. Key Responsibilities
Perform HVAC system installations in residential and light commercial settings
Install a variety of systems including ductwork, hydronics, mini-splits, traditional splits, VRF, and rooftop units
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely, quality workmanship
Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Operate tools, equipment, and technology efficiently and responsibly
Follow all company safety procedures and local HVAC codes
Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Proficiency in residential and light commercial systems
Experience with hydronics, ductwork, VRF, rooftop units, and split systems
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently when needed
High school diploma or GED preferred
Sheet metal, plumbing, and refrigeration licenses/certifications are encouraged but not required
Valid driver\'s license required
