At Precision Valley Communications as a Outside Plant Construction Project Coordinator you will coordinate Fiber-to-the- Home (FTTH) network deployments across communities in New York’s Hudson Valley region. This role is responsible for coordinating construction activities, managing project workflows, and serving as a key liaison between field teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Develop job cost estimates, monitor costs, evaluates change orders and controls the cost of work in progress to budget Coordinate all phases of construction projects including pre-construction meetings, site surveys, permit and license applications, make-ready, design and documentation, material procurement, contract labor requirements, and plant activation Monitors project/job intake portals, update job and task status Communicates regularly with Project Managers and to review job funnels, schedules, and tasks Demonstrates safe operation and care of company vehicles. Ensures compliance with safety standards, participates in regular employer facilitated safety meetings Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance with occasional night work and weekend work to support maintenance and repair activity Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You’ll Need
To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company 2–4 years of relevant experience in OSP construction or telecommunications project coordination Familiarity with FTTH fiber/strand design maps and interpretation Working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and Telcordia Blue Book construction standards Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
The wage range for Outside Plant Construction Project Coordinator is $30.00
