We are seeking a
SeniorEngineer
with deep expertise in
machine building, machinery, machining processes, SolidWorks design, and Allen-Bradley controls systems . This is a
senior-level role
that combines
hands-on manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and automation , with opportunities for
career growth
within the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have
7–10 years of experience
in
custom machine design and production , a strong technical background, and a proven ability to lead projects from concept through production. Key Responsibilities
Lead
manufacturing engineering initiatives
for custom machinery projects, ensuring designs are optimized for production, assembly, and automation. Develop
SolidWorks models and drawings
for mechanical systems, components, and assemblies with high precision and manufacturability. Oversee
machining and fabrication processes
including CNC milling, turning, welding, and assembly. Design, program, and troubleshoot
Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI systems
within machine builds. Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure
on-time, high-quality delivery . Conduct
process improvements, root-cause analysis, and testing
to increase efficiency, reliability, and product quality. Mentor junior engineers and technicians, supporting professional growth and process standardization. Contribute to the long-term development of the engineering team and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 7–10 years of experience
in manufacturing engineering, machine building, or custom automation projects. Proficiency in
SolidWorks
for 3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings. Hands-on experience with
machining and fabrication processes
(CNC milling, turning, welding, assembly). Experience with
Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI programming, and automation systems . Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Interest in
career growth
