Electrical Superintendent- Destrehan, LA This is a salaried, exempt level position. The role supervises electricians and contract electrician employees to ensure a reliable and safe electrical system for the facility. It reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and collaborates with department production superintendents and supervisors to plan and perform electrical tasks, aiming to ensure efficient operations. The position emphasizes applying electrical reliability practices to reduce maintenance expenses and minimize equipment outages, and includes coaching of the electrical group to reach their fullest potential through effective, consistent, and fair feedback. Position Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring proper execution of scheduled electrical work as planned by the Maintenance Planner Supervises the day-to-day activities of electrical colleagues Ensures PPE and electrical safety rules are followed during work Coordinates with production to prioritize repair work and ensures monitoring procedures meet company needs Coaches employees in performance, attendance, safety and related appraisal criteria Uses Maximo and other computer systems to maintain records and support meaningful analysis and reporting of electrical information Monitors work accomplishments for quantity, quality, safe practices, and GMPs against department and company standards Supports and complies with all food safety, quality, and legality requirements Other similar duties as assigned Position Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED Associates Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation-related field is preferred Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electrical maintenance / troubleshooting Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred Experience with Rockwell PLCs is a plus Ability to establish expectations for safety, reliability, quality, service and productivity Good decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft products and Computerized Maintenance Management Software Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience and ability to work in a team environment Customer-focused and proactive in dealing with conflict, influencing others, listening, prioritization, organization & planning, partnering, and reliability Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required Required to work overtime when breakdowns occur Pay, Benefits & Employment Details

Base pay offered may vary based on factors including market location, knowledge, skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees are paid overtime for qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay or other compensation programs at any time, including for performance, departmental needs, or market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $79,200.00 - $130,800.00 Salaried Incentive Plan The total compensation package includes an annual bonus. Benefits & Perks
