Lead and oversee craft workers in assigned areas and effectively use all resources. Ensure onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document violations, notify project management, and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct accident investigations as required. Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. Motivate others to achieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.). Plan and organize the work, keep a daily job journal detailing actual events, and plan ahead for materials, tools, and information. Compensation & Benefits

High School Diploma or GED Positive safety attitude and personal integrity Strong customer-service orientation and a team player capable of maintaining current customers Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation 7 years of electrical construction experience in DOD, healthcare, industrial, or premier commercial projects Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2-4 years’ experience preferred Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E Ability to manage risk and profitability MetroPower is an Equal Opportunity Employer Location: Albany, GA
